Bodycraft Spa & Salon at Chembur, Mumbai: Treatment, Therapies & Review

Having made a name in Bengaluru, Bodycraft spa & salon's first outlet at Chembur, Mumbai is pretty impressive. Spread across three spacious floors, the spa & salon offers haircare, skincare & wellness services. In addition, a dedicated floor houses N.Bar, a premium Dubai based personal grooming chain. The lower floor at Bodycraft Chembur is dedicated to salon services. After a quick confirmation of our booking, we ascended to the first floor. Spacious spa rooms were a welcome sight as we introduced ourselves to the therapist. We opted for a Swedish massage therapy that helps relax & rejuvenate with soothing strokes that relieve muscle tension. Swedish massage, a form of massage helps soothe sore joints & tense, tight muscles is a popular choice at the spa. The therapy lasted 60 minutes with aroma oil of choice. As requested, the therapist paid special attention to our backs & the soft music lulled us into a blissful state.

Next, we chose a 30 minute head massage therapy that helps soothe the tension in the head, neck & shoulder area. An invigorating head massage has many benefits. Not only it helps nourish a dry scalp but also promotes hair growth. The therapist used gentle strokes that helped ease accumulated stress. Although, we chose the therapy to be done with oil, one can opt for a dry head massage too.

Located centrally in Chembur, Bodycraft spa & salon offers a wide range of wellness therapies along with targeted skin & haircare treatments.
