Face Toner

Applying beetroot topically helps draw out impurities and improve your skin tone. To make natural toner with beetroot, take one cup brewed and cooled green tea and add few drops of beetroot juice and mix well. Transfer to a spray bottle and store in fridge for 4-5 days. Spray all over face and neck area after washing your face or face mask application.

Face Mask

A soothing face mask is a great TLC. Take 2 tbsp yogurt and add 1 tbsp fresh beetroot juice or beetroot powder, few drops of lemon juice (for oily skin) or honey (for dry/normal skin) and little multani mitti (fullers earth) and mix well. Apply all over face & neck area for keep for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with water and spray the green tea & beetroot toner.

Excessive exposure to sun, cosmetics or smoking can cause many problems associated with lips.
Take fresh beetroot juice (about 4-5 drops) + few drops of lemon + some organic honey. Apply for 30 minutes every day and wash off. The natural striking deep red color of beetroot helps add a rosy tint to your lips.
