I start off with the complexion first. I’m using Estée Lauder's “Double Wear Stay in Place” foundation. I normally opt for a very sheer look but since it’s holiday time, I shall build on the coverage.
Next I am going to go with the studio finish concealer by MAC. It’s in the no NC25. I apply this under and around my eyes.
Although I’ve applied a concealer, I am also going with a tiny bit of eye primer on the eyelids, just to hold the eye products coming up.
I am applying a matte brown on my eyelids. It’s quite a common colour and almost every brand has a version of this shade. I apply it all over my eyelids and blend out the prominent lines.
I choose a very neutral shade as a transition colour. I simply go over with it on the crease.
I add a hint of white on the arch of my brow bones.
Next I take a hint of gold and just dab it on the centre of my eyelids.
If you see my videos, you will notice that I use this technique often - I take some concealer and simply clean up the edges along the eyes. This helps in lending as amazing finish to the eye look.
I am lining my eyes with a black liner. You can also opt for coloured ones for a more holiday feel.
I am going in with a black kohl on the water line. You can opt for metallic or funky shades too.
If u like sculpting, then this is a great time to indulge. I generally go for a chiseled look and like sharp contours when dressing up is an agenda.
Christmas means it’s perfect time to sport my favorite colour "Red". I am going in with the classic Russian Red by MAC. To amp it up a bit more, I dab some red sparkle on the lips.
I highlight my cheekbones and add the mascara.
