Bollywood Glamour Dresses Up for Diwali
Diwali parties in Bollywood are always a colourful affair and this year was no different.
So lets have a look at some of the stars as they embraced their festive side
Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor
If ever enhancing a simple look is an agenda, you could take a few tips from Deepika. Seen in a simple saree accessorised with very stylish chunky ethnic turquoise jewellery, Deepika looked uber chic in this smoky eye look
Ranbir complimented her well in a dark red kurta and chudidaar and a black floral jacket.
Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra
Does this lady ever get it wrong? Spotted in lovely Laguna blue outfit on one occasion and a sea green Manish Malhotra saree on another, Shilpa looked radiant with her husband Raj Kundra
Jacqueline Fernandez
Dressed in a nude colour lehenga and top, accessorised with chunky hand baalis, Jacqueline kept it a no bling affair.
Malaika Arora Khan
She looked rather earthy draped in a vintage dupatta and a simple mauve & gold dual shaded lehenga. Very different from what we normally see of her but a good look overall
Neetu Kapoor
A lovely lemon colour suit with gota work, the outfit looks just as happy as her.
Priyanka Chopra
This stunning red dupatta is rather evergreen and we cannot help but imagine the 100's of combinations of kurtas (anarkali, straight or any fit) that it can be easily teamed with ... Great pick Priyanka !!!
Twinkle Khanna
In off white with gota work. We've seen her in similar designed outfits before, guess they are her favourite
Kareena Kapoor with Karisma Kapoor
They are easily the most stylish sisters in the country. While Kareena chose a dark navy, Kareena looked colourful in the fuchsia pink.
So here's our small Diwali round up. The wedding season is not too far away either so some inspiration from outfits like these is not a bad idea of you have some events lined up for yourself too.
